New blog

So, I followed big brother, and thought I'd start a blog of my own. Life is so busy, and I am the pits when it comes to keeping in touch with family and friends. Now they all can come here, and read what might be on my mind.

I am still trying to wrest enough time away to thru-hike the 59 km Dobson trail. Look it up, from Riverview to Fundy. My gear is packed, and ready, I just need 3 days in a row to throw at it.

I have two or three articles outstanding at the Backwoodsman Mag. One on Chickens, one on the Grohman-Russell knife factory, and a few cover photos I'm hoping Charlie will use.

Life is good here in Colpitts Settlement. We live in the woods, but Moncton is only 15-20 mins away. Moncton is a really nice city, kind of like halifax in the early eighthies.
